Resorts and Revenue Properties

Brock Heartland is a business enterprise showcasing methods for people to use real estate to enhance their lives. We are not an investment company, nor are we soliciting you for money. In general we are just going about the work of property ownership to obtain some of its benefits. In the course of our operations, we have taken on partners to participate in some of our opportunities, but that is not the object of our business.

For our Revenue Properties, we work to carefully select undervalued properties that can be restored and improved using local trades. This helps to ensure that when the property has been upgraded, the neighborhood sees value along with the new tenants. We also use local property managers to ensure that tenant's needs are addressed promptly.

With our Resort Properties, we acquire good timeshare properties in desirable resorts around the world. We then market these properties as vacation getaways to the public. The key to this business is the acquisition of the properties at very low or negligible capital cost. Those prices are most often seen during recessions. The second key ingredient is the ability to market those weeks effectively in order to cover the ongoing maintenance costs.

Most of our properties are in United States and Canada. The principal owners of this business have developed the necessary skills in finance, accounting, property management, administration, banking and risk management to effectively operate the required corporations in both countries. We operate as Brock Investment Properties Ltd. in Canada and as Heartland Properties LLC in United States. We are available to share that expertise.
